School of Worship Scholarship Registration

Please note that when you complete the form and payment you will receive a detailed email with all information regarding the program. If you do not get the email in your inbox please check your spam folder. Make sure to read this thoroughly and join the Band App for student updates.

Scholarship rates:

$85 Registration

$150 a month Tuition

Tuition payments are due on the 5th of each month. A late fee of $35 will be applied to any payments not received by this date. 

​

If a student voluntarily withdraws or is dismissed for any reason, they will remain financially responsible for the tuition balance at a rate of $250 per month for the remainder of the  18 month program.

​

By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these financial terms. This agreement remains in effect regardless of class attendance. Failure to fulfill the agreed payment terms may result in the account being forwarded to a collections agency.
